Our tailored consulting services provide in-person training on security procedures, applications, and emergency preparedness, including firearm and medical certification and qualification. With a vision to expand our services to schools and businesses, we commit to safeguarding communities by fostering a culture of safety and support.

As a follower of Jesus Christ, my mission is rooted in the belief that every house of worship should be a place of peace, safety, and freedom. While my work is guided by my Christian faith, I believe that all congregations—regardless of denomination or religious tradition—deserve the opportunity to gather and worship without fear.
Before founding TEN10, I served six years in the U.S. Air Force as a federal law enforcement officer, specializing in physical security and executive protection. During that time, I conducted over 190 security assessments and protective operations for government personnel and sensitive facilities. I also served as a certified firearms and trauma medicine instructor, and was responsible for safety inspections in federal buildings—helping identify risks and implement critical safety measures.
Today, I bring that operational experience and training background into the civilian space, helping churches build stronger, safer environments without compromising their mission or sense of welcome.
